The production of our Demeter aronia powder begins with the production of the direct juice. Our aronia juices are direct juices in mother juice quality, which means that the berries are pressed only once immediately after harvesting. During this gentle pressing process, the ingredients of the aronia berry remain in the so-called pomace. The aronia pomace, which consists mainly of the peel, seeds and pulp of the berry, is then dried and ground into an intensely colored powder. As with many types of fruit, the seeds and skins of the aronia berry contain the highest concentrations of ingredients.

Our Demeter aronia berry powder is not soluble in water. You can use it for baking, cooking or as an addition to fruit shakes and smoothies.

Recommendation: 1 tablespoon once a day, e.g. as an ingredient in smoothies, muesli or for baking
