A traditional, medium-sized company from the Dresden area that develops and markets products around the aronia berry. We do this with love, passion, and heart, together with our cultivation and manufacturing partners.
Aronia ORIGINAL has existed since 2008, founded on the conviction that the dark-violet aronia berry deserves a permanent place in our diet. Since then, we have been bringing it to people with heart, honesty, and organic certification, together with our cultivation partners and experienced regional juice producers.

With love, passion, and heart, we bring you closer to the deep purple aronia berry. We develop high-quality, innovative products from aronia and other dark fruits.
Our team
Since our founding, our team has been growing steadily. The small team near Dresden handles purchasing, distribution, warehousing, finance, development, marketing, and customer advice. The customer comes first.

We work with nutritionists and maintain sustainable partnerships with our aronia farmers, including support for new plantations and organic conversion, with long-term contracts and price stability.

From the growing partner to the bottle

We source berries from organic and Demeter-certified fields from established growing partners, e.g., in the Elbe Valley between Dresden and Meißen. The trend is growing: more and more farmers are discovering the berry.
Organic cultivation in Europe
To meet high demand, we supplement with organic goods from Austria and Poland. Regional cultivation instead of overseas exotics like açaí or goji saves long transport routes.
Trusted suppliers
All suppliers are subject to organic certification under EU regulations and must meet Aronia ORIGINAL's quality standards.
Organic control body DE-ÖKO-006
The organic seal is only awarded with seamless documentation from the producer through the manufacturer to retail, verified by the state-approved organic control body.
Additional contaminant testing
Beyond organic control, we regularly test for pesticide residues and heavy metals. This includes radioactivity checks as part of the neuform certification.
