Real FOOD
Our mission: to bring the native berry back to the menu. Together with nutritionists, we develop recipes that we are fully convinced of.
Pure naturalness
Our berries grow without synthetic pesticides, mineral fertilizers, or genetic engineering on regional Organic and Demeter plantations of our partners. Wildflower strips create habitats for insects and birds.
Freshly harvested processing
After harvesting, the berries are pressed as quickly as possible in a regional cider mill, without freezing and without weeks of cooling. Because only a living berry is a good berry.
Full-bodied taste
Daily analyses determine the perfect harvest time, as Brix value and hours of sunlight decide. Pressing is done only once: pure not-from-concentrate juice in not-from-concentrate quality.
