Depending on the size of your order, we ship via Deutsche Post (letter), DHL (parcels), or freight. Within Germany, your order usually arrives within 2–4 business days.

Switzerland: Unfortunately, delivery from the German shop is not possible. Please order directly from our Swiss partner at www.akuht.ch.
Large orders (e.g. bag-in-box in bulk) are delivered by freight forwarding, and we will contact you with the delivery date after your order.
For advance payment, the delivery period starts the day after the payment order; for other payment methods, it starts the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the next working day applies.
For mixed orders (plants + food), you may receive multiple packages. Shipping costs remain the same.
