We only ship to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by Deutsche Post (letter), DHL (parcels) or by a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the list below.

Depending on quantity and type, our products are preferably shipped with DHL / Deutsche Post. The order is usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days within Germany to the specified delivery address. Please refer to the table below for delivery times for international orders. The goods are provided by Aronia ORIGINAL. Shipping to other European countries is associated with higher transportation costs. Shipping is currently possible within Germany and to the countries listed below.

Bis zu einem Bruttowarenwert von 30,- Euro betragen die Versandkosten pauschal 4,90 Euro. Übersteigt der Bruttowarenwert 30,- Euro, versenden wir deutschlandweit versandkostenfrei.

Versand nach Österreich

Bis zu einem Bruttowarenwert von 30,- Euro betragen die Versandkosten pauschal 4,90 Euro. Übersteigt der Bruttowarenwert 30,- Euro, versenden wir innerhalb Österreichs versandkostenfrei.

The period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank in the case of payment in advance or on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and shall end at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

If you order several items from us within the scope of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, for which the delivery times specified for the respective item apply. There are no additional shipping costs.

Versand von Aroniapflanzen

The shipping costs for aronia plant deliveries are identical to those for aronia products (even for mixed orders). For mixed orders (plants + food) you may receive several packages. The plants are carefully packed and handed over to DHL to ensure optimum protection.

The pure delivery time within Germany is usually 8 days. We cannot guarantee the delivery reliability of the delivery services.

Note: Shipping only within Germany and Austria! No delivery to packing stations!

So werden Aroniapflanzen fachgerecht verschickt

Vielleicht fragen Sie sich, ob über das Internet gekaufte Pflanzen eigentlich sicher und wohlbehalten bei Ihnen ankommen? Gerne zeigen wir Ihnen hier exemplarisch, wie die im Aronia ORIGINAL Shop erworbenen Aroniapflanzen von uns verpackt und verschickt werden.

 

1. Bevor Ihre Pflanzen in den Karton gelangen, wird dieser mit ausreichend Füllmaterial gefüllt.

 

2. Danach werden Ihre Aroniapflanzen versetzt hineingelegt. Alle Triebe der Pflanze werden zusammengebunden, damit sie nicht beim Versand umknicken. Der Topf wird mit einer Folie umwickelt, sodass keine Erde entweichen kann und die zuvor ausreichend gewässerte Erde auch länger feucht bleibt.

3. Zwischen und auf die Aroniasträucher wird noch einmal Füllmaterial gepackt, damit die Pflanzen sicher bei Ihnen ankommen.

 

4. Professionell verpackt werden die Pflanzen wohlbehalten bei Ihnen eintreffen. Sollten Sie doch einmal eine Lieferung erhalten, die Ihnen beschädigt erscheint, setzen Sie sich bitte direkt mit uns in Verbindung.
