Shipping & delivery
We only ship to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by Deutsche Post (letter), DHL (parcels) or by a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the list below.
Depending on quantity and type, our products are preferably shipped with DHL / Deutsche Post. The order is usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days within Germany to the specified delivery address. Please refer to the table below for delivery times for international orders. The goods are provided by Aronia ORIGINAL. Shipping to other European countries is associated with higher transportation costs. Shipping is currently possible within Germany and to the countries listed below.
Shipping within Germany
Up to a gross value of 35,- Euro the shipping costs amount to 4,95 Euro. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 35,- Euro, we ship free of charge throughout Germany. Payment in advance, Paypal, invoice (for regular customers)
Shipping to Austria
Up to a gross value of 35,- Euro the shipping costs amount to 4,95 Euro. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 35,- Euro, we ship free of charge within Austria. Payment via Paypal or prepayment (please make the transfer via IBAN and BIC IBAN: DE46 8504 0000 0801 7717 00, BIC: COBADEFF850)
Shipping abroad (EU zone 1*)
We deliver to the following countries:

Up to a gross value of 200,- Euro the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 200 euros, we will ship to the countries listed here free of charge.
Shipping to Switzerland
Unfortunately, delivery from our German Aronia ORIGINAL Shop is not possible. However, customers from Switzerland can order directly from our Swiss importer and partner Akuht GmbH at www.aronia-original.ch.
Information on delivery time for shipping abroad
The period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank in the case of payment in advance or on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and shall end at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If you order several items from us within the scope of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, for which the delivery times specified for the respective item apply. There are no additional shipping costs.
