The production of our Demeter aronia powder begins with the production of the direct juice. Our aronia juices are direct juices in mother juice quality, which means that the berries are pressed only once immediately after harvesting. During this gentle pressing process, the ingredients of the aronia berry remain in the so-called pomace. The aronia pomace, which consists mainly of the peel, seeds and pulp of the berry, is then dried and ground into an intensely colored powder. As with many types of fruit, the seeds and skins of the aronia berry contain the highest concentrations of ingredients.
Our Demeter aronia berry powder is not soluble in water. You can use it for baking, cooking or as an addition to fruit shakes and smoothies.

11/03/2022Aronia Pulver, das Original sos Dresden.Wie sicherlich schon mal bei Anderen Aronia Produkten erwähnt beziehe ich seit vielen Jahren so einige Produkte der Firma Aronia Original aus Dresden (wegen der hervorstechenden Qualität)!!!Das Pulver verwende ich für ZB Hackepeter… ich habe festgestellt,das Fleisch bleibt länger frisch! ( ich vermute es liegt an den starken Antioxidantien 🤷🏻♀️)Auch beim einlegen von Grillfleisch oder Wild!Aber auch als Zugabe in Säften, Smoothie, Eis,Bowle,Joghurt , Quark oder auch gern mal beim backen ( natürliche Färbung-wird nicht zu intensiv-aber lecker 😋)Probieren Sie unbedingt den Muttersaft!Viel Freude beim probieren!
