Aronia + beetroot smoothie

Ingredients for the aronia-beetroot smoothie: aronia juice, beetroot and banana
In this recipe, we used our Organic Aronia + beetroot (lacto-fermented) 100 % not-from-concentrate juice. You can get this from our Aronia ORIGINAL online shop or at your local health food store or organic market.

Ingredients

Grüne Phase:

  • 80 g Spinat
  • 2 kleine Birnen
  • kleines Stück Ingwer
  • ¾ Banane
  • etwas Wasser
  • Spritzer Zitrone

Rote Phase:

  • 400 ml Aronia+Rote Beete
  • ½ EL Basilikum- oder Chiasamen (wer keine zur Hand hat, nimmt für die rote Phase einfach eine ganze Banane)
  • ¼ Banane

Topping:

  • Hanfsamen
  • Aroniapulver
  • Leinöl

Preparation

  1. Spinat und Birnen gründlich waschen. Zutaten für grüne Phase auf höchster Stufe ca. 1 Minute mixen, so viel Wasser zugeben, bis das Getränk sämig ist. Wer möchte, kann einen Spritzer Zitronensaft hinzufügen.
  2. Aronia+Rote Beete mit Basilikumsamen und Banane in Mixer geben, kurz mixen und quellen lassen. Durch die Basilikum- oder Chiasamen entsteht eine leicht dickflüssige Konsistenz. Rote Phase vorsichtig mit einem Löffel auf die grüne Phase geben, dadurch bleiben die Phasen voneinander getrennt.
  3. Als Topping können Hanfsamen, etwas Aroniapulver oder 1 TL kaltgepresstes Leinöl auf den Smoothie gegeben werden.
