Just in time for the first Advent, we would like to present two delicious cookie recipes today that will enchant you and your Christmas guests.

Ingredients

  • 3 EL Aroniabeeren Pulver von Aronia ORIGINAL
  • 500 g Mehl
  • 1 Pck. Backpulver
  • 150 g Rohrzucker
  • 1 Bio Zitrone (die abgeriebene Schale)
  • 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 1 Einheit Ei-Ersatz (Alternativ 1 EL Sojamehl mit 2 EL Wasser geschmeidig rühren)
  • 250 g Magarine
  • Mehl zum Ausrollen
  • Puderzucker (Zuckerguss, Streusel zum Verzieren)

Preparation

  1. Mischen Sie das Mehl mit dem Aroniabeeren Pulver und dem Backpulver. Arbeiten Sie den Rohrzucker, Den Vanillezucker, das Salz und den Zitronenabrieb mit einem Handmixer gleichmäßig in die weiche Margarine ein.
  2. Geben Sie den Ei-Ersatz und die Mehlmischung hinzu und verkneten Sie alles zu einem glatten Teig. Stellen Sie diesen für 30 Minuten kühl.
  3. Rollen Sie anschließend den Teig ca. 0,5 cm dick aus und formen Sie nach Belieben Ihre Kekse. Im 200°C vorgeheizten Ofen die Plätzchen auf der mittleren Schiene 8 bis 12 Minuten goldbraun backen.
Note: Anschließend können Sie die Plätzchen nach Belieben verziehen.
