Ingredients

  • 700 ml Aroniasaft
  • 300 ml Orangensaft
  • 1 Teebeutel
  • 6 Nelken
  • 1 TL Zimtpulver
  • 3 Messerspitzen Ingwerpulver (oder frischer Ingwer)

Preparation

  1. Aroniasaft und Orangensaft in einem Topf langsam erwärmen, dabei nicht kochen lassen.
  2. Teebeutel, Nelken, Zimt und Ingwer hinzugeben und bei niedriger Hitze einige Minuten ziehen lassen.
  3. Teebeutel und Nelken herausnehmen und den Punsch warm servieren.
