  • 250 g Quark (40 %)
  • 1 EL Aronia-Konfitüre
  • z.B. 1 Teelöffel (gehäuft Aroniabeeren)
  • z.B. 1 Teelöffel (gehäuft schokolierte Aroniabeeren)

Preparation

  1. Aronia Konfitüre in den Quark einrühren, nach Bedarf kann auch mit Zucker gesüßt werden
  2. Verrührtes Dessert noch mit getrockneten Aroniabeeren und Zartbitter-Aroniabeeren verzieren oder untermischen.
  3. Fertig ist eine leckere Quarkspeise. Ideal als Nachtisch und durch die Aroniabeeren fruchtig herb!
