Character & Production
The powder is not made from dried berries, but from dried organic aronia pomace, a by-product of the gentle pressing of aronia juice in the juice mill. It mainly consists of the skins and seeds of the berry. As with many types of fruit, the skins and seeds contain the highest concentrations of natural ingredients. The fill level of the packaging is technically determined.
How to Enjoy Aronia Powder
Stir 2 tablespoons (20 g) into smoothies, muesli or plant-based yoghurt once a day. You can also use the powder for baking. Customers tell us they add it to bread or homemade jam; often, small amounts are enough. Additionally, aronia powder has a preserving effect that can extend the shelf life of food.
