Aronia-Apfel Fruchtaufstrich (Rezept)

Ingredients

  • 800 g Aroniabeeren
  • 700 g Äpfel
  • 500 g Gelierzucker 3:1
  • Gewürznelken
  • Zitronensaft

Preparation

  1. Aroniabeeren und die entkernten Äpfel pürieren.
  2. Mit dem Gelierzucker, dem Saft der Zitrone und ein paar Gewürznelken zum kochen bringen, 4 Min. kochen lassen und danach die Masse in vorher heiß ausgespülte Gläser abfüllen.
  3. Zum Abkühlen können die Gläser auf dem Deckel stehen.
