Ingredients

  • 500 g frische geputzte Aroniabeeren
  • 1 l Milch
  • 1 Banane (reif)
  • Zucker oder Honig nach Belieben

Preparation

  1. Alles fein im Mixgerät oder mit einem Pürierstab zerkleinern, Eisbecher mit zwei Kugeln Vanilleeis füllen und mit dem Aroniapüree/ -milch übergießen, eventuell mit einigen frischen Beeren oder Minze garnieren.
  2. Viel Spaß beim Genießen!
