FULL KICK. SMARTER ENJOYMENT.
Character & Production
The beetroot is lacto-fermented with special cultures. This removes its typical earthy note and gives it a fine, pleasant acidity. Peruvian ginger provides the flavour kick, while aronia berries contribute their characteristic bitter compounds.
